Software for school communities

Empowering School Communities with Intelligent Tools

We build software for schools, PACs, and the parents and volunteers who keep everything running.

Since 2012 Building for education
PAC Hub All-in-one for PACs

Built for how schools actually run

PACs juggle volunteers, hot lunch, fundraisers, and newsletters. We build tools that keep that work in one place.

School Communities

Parents, volunteers, and educators need tools built for schools, not generic software you have to bend into shape.

Less busywork

Less time on admin, more time helping kids. That's the point.

Education First

Hot lunch orders, fundraisers, newsletters, volunteer signups. We build for the work PACs actually do.

Everything PACs need, in one place

One platform for school Parent Advisory Councils.

PAC Hub

Built for Parent Advisory Councils

Volunteer signups, hot lunch orders, fundraising, newsletters, events, and meetings. PAC Hub puts it all in one place instead of scattered across spreadsheets, email threads, and group chats.

Building software for schools

Brightest Circle builds software for school communities. We've been at it since 2012, working on custom development, backend systems, and the kind of technical work that goes into products like PAC Hub.

PAC Hub is the main product, but the goal is the same either way. Make life easier for PAC volunteers juggling a dozen spreadsheets, and for parents signing up for hot lunch from their phone at lunch break.

Let's build something brighter together.
